- ā¢ CARAMELš®: ā£ In the pudding mold, place 8 tablespoons of sugar, turn on low heat and stir until all the sugar dissolves and a uniform color of your preference is obtained. When you turn off the fire, put a little water (less than 1 finger of water) stir to get all smooth, this will make your caramel stay at the perfect point.
- ā¢ Pudding preparation methodš®ā£ ā£ ā¢ Beat all the ingredients in the blender for approximately 2 minutes, pour in the caramelized form and cook in a bain-marie (mine was ready in 45 minutes in the flameš„)ā£ ā£ Wait for it to cool completely and leave it in the fridge for it to be very firm to unmold. Before unmolding, put it in the fire for 30 seconds just to melt the caramel, so it prevents your pudding from breaking ā¼ļøā£ā£
