- Puba pasta (cassava)1 kg
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Fresh grated coconut100 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine with salt200 g
- Beat the sugar, eggs and margarine in a mixer until obtaining a white cream.
- Add coconut milk, a pinch of salt and the puba pasta. Beat until smooth. After turning off, add the grated coconut and mix with fue. Reserve some of the coconut to decorate the dough.
- Pour in greased shape, throw the rest of the coconut over the dough and bake in a medium oven, until golden.
