  • Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  • Neutral Whey Protein30 g
  • Sugar free chocolate100 g
  • Fleur de sel to taste
  1. In a bowl put the peanut butter, cocoa, xylitol and whey. Mix until it forms a dough. If it gets soft, add more whey, until it forms a dough that doesn't stick to your hand.
  2. Make small balls and send them to the freezer to harden.
  3. After hardening. Melt the zero sugar chocolate and bathe the balls. Sprinkle a little fleur de sel on top.
  4. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and send to freeze again. Once chilled, it's ready to eat. Always keep in the fridge.
