- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Neutral Whey Protein30 g
- Sugar free chocolate100 g
- Fleur de sel to taste
- In a bowl put the peanut butter, cocoa, xylitol and whey. Mix until it forms a dough. If it gets soft, add more whey, until it forms a dough that doesn't stick to your hand.
- Make small balls and send them to the freezer to harden.
- After hardening. Melt the zero sugar chocolate and bathe the balls. Sprinkle a little fleur de sel on top.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet and send to freeze again. Once chilled, it's ready to eat. Always keep in the fridge.
