- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter2 tablespoon
- Whey protein white chocolate or vanilla flavor2 tablespoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Green Grapes to taste
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Place the egg in a bowl and beat well until foamy.
- Add plain yogurt, coconut oil and beat again.
- Add the xylitol sweetener, oat bran and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Place in a small tall glass bowl or jar that can go in the microwave.
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Wait for it to cool completely and unmold.

- Mix Peanut Butter with Whey Protein
- Place half of this peanut butter and whey mixture inside the cupcake (stuffing)
- Add the halved green grapes to the filling
- Close the cookie and put the other half of the peanut butter cream with whey protein as the cookie topping
- Garnish with strawberries and green grapes
