- Egg1 unit(s)
- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk Powder1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Peanut butter with whey protein (I used dr peanut)2 tablespoon
- Natural grated coconut1 teaspoon
- Chopped Strawberries5 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork until foamy.
- Add the natural yogurt and mix well.
- Add the coconut milk powder, xylitol sweetener, cocoa and oats and mix well until smooth.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Place in a small glass jar that can go in the microwave (no need to grease)
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Cover your cupcake with the peanut butter with whey protein, the natural grated coconut and the chopped strawberries
- Great snack or pre workout option đȘ
- Tip: if you don't have the peanut butter with whey protein, just mix your peanut butter with a dose of Whey of your choice đ
