- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Melted coconut oil1 teaspoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Xylitol Sweetener1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Clove powder to taste
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Peanut Butter2 tablespoon
- Chocolate 70%90 g
- Whey protein sweet milk flavor2 tablespoon
- In a bowl beat the eggs with the honey and the coconut oil with the help of a fouet or fork.
- Add the sifted cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, pinch of cinnamon and pinch of cloves and mix well until smooth.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Divide this dough into two small pots, preferably round, and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and wait to cool completely to unmold.
- Mix Peanut Butter with Sweet Milk Flavor Whey Protein
- Fill the cookies with this peanut butter and whey cream and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in microwave every 30 seconds
- If you want to make a kitten shape, remove it from the freezer and cut it with a mold in the desired shape.
- Cover your kittens or your round gingerbread even with the melted chocolate
- Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes
