  • Water100 ml
  • Eggs03 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk250 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Milk powder50 g
  • Maizena1/2 teaspoon
  1. In a pan, over low heat, put the sugar to melt. always stirring
  2. Mix well until you get a caramelized syrup.
  3. Soon after, add the water, and stir until completely liquid. Reserve
  4. Blend all the ingredients (except the syrup) in a blender and blend well for about 3 minutes.
  5. In a form suitable for Pudding, add the caramelized syrup to the bottom.
  6. After that, pour the pudding dough into the mold.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°, in a bain-marie the form with the pudding and let it cook for about 50 minutes.
  8. Do the toothpick test.
  9. It's ready. Now just enjoy
