- Chocolate powder2 cup
- Powdered milk2 cup
- For the filling:
- In a pan, place a can of condensed milk, a tablespoon of butter and 100 grams of grated coconut and place over medium heat. Stir until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the fire and wait to cool down.
- On a platter, put the chocolate and powdered milk and mix well. Then add the condensed milk and stir with a spoon until the condensed milk is incorporated. Put the spoon aside and stir with your hands until the dough completely disgraces your hands. The dough should be very smooth. Reserve.
- For assembly, take a plastic bag, put the dough inside and open with the help of a rolling pin. Pass the roll until it's a large rectangle. Cut off the top of the bag and spread the filling evenly over the dough. With the help of the plastic that was underneath, roll up the whole dough. Then take it to the fridge and leave it for 30 minutes, remove it and just cut it and that's it.
