- Chocolate pudding: Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream (200mg)1 can(s)
- Whole Milk200 ml
- Chocolate Powder6 tablespoon
- Colorless, unflavored gelatin powder (12g)1 can(s)
- Water5 tablespoon
- White Pudding: Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream (200 mg)1 can(s)
- Coconut Milk Flakes (1/2 cup)1/2 to taste
- Colorless, unflavored gelatin powder envelope (12g)1 can(s)
- Water5 tablespoon
- Chocolate Pudding: 1. mix the gelatin with the water. Microwave for 15 seconds to hydrate. 2. In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, cream, powdered chocolate and hydrated gelatin. 3. Pour in a central hole shape (Aro 20cm) greased with coconut oil (or an oil of your choice). Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until firm.
- White Pudding: 1. Mix gelatin with water 2. Microwave for 15 seconds to hydrate. 3. In a blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, cream, and hydrated gelatin. 4. Turn off the blender, add the grated coconut and mix. 5. Remove the chocolate pudding from the freezer (it should already be firm), pour the coconut pudding. Place in the fridge for 6 hours. 6. When serving, decorate with grated coconut. Good appetite 😋
