  • Natural desiccated coconut1 cup
  • Dose of Whey protein vanilla flavor1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • 55% zero sugar chocolate (I used Linea)90 g
  • Coconut oil for greasing the molds to taste
  1. In a bowl add the natural grated coconut and coconut milk and mix well
  2. Add the whey protein and mix until you form a homogeneous cream.
  3. Grease silicone cupcake molds with coconut oil
  4. Put this coconut cream in the molds
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
  7. Unmold the prestige ice cream that was left in the freezer carefully
  8. Dip the ice cream into the melted chocolate until completely covered on both sides.
  9. Place cling film on a tray or plate
  10. Place the chocolate covered ice cream on the tray and leave a space between the ice creams
  11. Put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes
  12. Develop carefully and that's it đŸ€€
  13. Serve then 😉😋 great snack or pre workout option đŸ’Ș
