- Wet Prestige Cake 🥰😋 - Dough Ingredients: ✍ 04 eggs; 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (120 ml); 01 cup (tea) of milk (240 ml); 01 cup (tea) of sugar; 1/2 cup (tea) of powdered chocolate; 02 cups (tea) of wheat flour; 01 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder; - Preparation mode: In the blender, beat for 1 minute: eggs, milk, sugar, oil and chocolate powder. I used 50% cocoa. Pour the blender mixture into a container and add the SIEVEED wheat flour and mix gently until incorporated. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently. In a medium greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder, pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes. - Soft kiss filling: 02 cans of condensed milk; 1/2 box of cream (100g); 100g grated coconut (I used flakes); 01 tablespoon of margarine. In a pan put: the margarine, the condensed milk and the grated coconut and stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Done that, add half of the milk cream box, mix well and it's ready. - Creamy Brigadeiro Cover: 01 box/can of condensed milk (395g); 01 tablespoon of margarine; 03 tablespoons of chocolate powder. I used 50% cocoa. In the pan put the condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder. Stir constantly until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the fire and add the cream, mix well and it's ready. - Cake assembly: With the cake completely cold, cut in half, wet with half of the syrup and pour all the soft kiss. Done that, put the other part of the dough, pour the brigadeiro. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Ready!
