Oil1/2 cup
Chocolate powder1 cup
Sugar (one and a half cups)11/2 cup
Warm water1 cup
Baking soda1 coffee spoon
Baking powder1 dessert spoon
For the filling: condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
Milk500 ml
Cornstarch (dissolved in milk)3 tablespoon
Coconut Flakes100 g

Beat the ingredients in the blender, except the flour and the yeast.
In a bowl or bowl, mix the flour with the yeast. Add the blended mixture to the blender and stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Place the dough in a roasting pan greased with margarine and chocolate powder or chocolate.
Bake for 30/35 minutes.
Preparing the filling: mix the ingredients except the cream and stir over low heat until it thickens.
Add the cream. Pour into a container and cover with plastic wrap to prevent a film from forming.
The filling must be used cold. Cut the cake in half, distribute the filling and cover with the other part.
Cover the cake with ganache or soft brigadeiro and sprinkle coconut flakes
