- Rice1 cup
- milk700 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Clove to taste
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Ground cinnamon to sprinkle on top to taste
- Cook rice with just water. Once cooked, transfer to a large pot, add 700 ml of milk and let it boil until the milk is incorporated into the rice, then let it boil for another 3 minutes. Add the condensed milk and let it boil for 3 minutes, add the cloves, cinnamon, and finally the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick. Turn off the fire and you can serve in small containers and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
