- Demeraria sugar5 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder5 tablespoon
- Colorless, flavorless gelatin24 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water and set aside. Place the coconut milk, sugar, cocoa and gelatin in a blender, blend for 4 min. Place the pudding in a mold and place in the fridge for 3 hours. Then and only serve
