  • Maizena Biscuit400 g
  • Butter200 g
  • Dulce de Leche400 g
  • Sour Cream (150g)1/2 can(s)
  • Bananas4 unit(s)
  • Whipped cream300 g
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. Take a food processor and grind the 400g of Biscoito Maizena until it turns into crumbs.
  2. Add melted butter and beat some more in the food processor.
  3. Spread the cookie dough in a removable background shape and adjust so that it is in the shape of a pie, you can use a spoon to help with this.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 min.
  5. Remove the dough from the oven, let it cool down and put it in the freezer.
  6. In a bowl, put the dulce de leche and the cream and mix well.
  7. Pour the dulce de leche and cream mixture on top of the dough and place banana slices on top.
  8. To finish, beat the whipped cream and pour it on top of the pie and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
