- PUDDING Unflavored Gelatin2 unit(s)
- Water10 tablespoon
- Whole milk500 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk powder2 cup
- Sugar Syrup1 cup
- Water200 ml
- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- SYRUP In a pudding mold, mix the sugar well with half the water and the vinegar. Cook over low heat, without stirring, until the syrup is the color of guarana. Stir carefully and add the rest of the water little by little, remove from the heat.
- PUDDING Hydrate the gelatin in the water and then dissolve in the microwave for 20 seconds, set aside. In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, cream and powdered milk for 1 minute, add the gelatin and beat for another 1 minute. Pour in the caramelized form and take the fridge for 2 hours or freezer for 1 hour, unmold carefully.
