- Whole milk500 ml
- Milk powder10 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Large eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Parmesan20 mg
- Start by greasing the pan for pudding with butter and sprinkling sugar inside. Reserve.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour it into the roasting pan and take it to the medium oven in a bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil for about 1 hour on low to medium heat if you don't want holes or on medium to high heat if you want holes. Put already hot water in the bain-marie!
- Wait for it to cool completely before unmolding. Sprinkle a little milk on top, it looks amazing.
