  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes (except sugar).
  2. Caramel: In the same way the pudding goes, you make the caramel.
  3. Put the sugar in the mold and spread it on medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves well and there is no sugar left, it has all melted and turned into the color of honey, it is excellent! Add the water (very carefully, because it raises a steam) and it goes on stirring, it kind of sticks, looking like a bullet, but that's how it is, just keep stirring, (be careful, don't stop stirring and don't let it burn, because it's quick, okay?! with the color of honey and very smooth, just turn off the heat.
  4. Now put all the liquid from the blender in the caramelized form.
  5. Once that's done, now in a larger form, put tap water and place the form in which the pudding is, the water has to be at least halfway or a little less than the form in which the pudding is.
  6. To have a good cooking of your pudding, you have to put it right in a bain-marie, then cover the form only the pudding, with aluminum foil.
  7. Preheat the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 180°
  8. Bake for at least 45 minutes or longer at 180°. Just do the toothpick test, like in the cake you normally make. Toothpick came out clean, your pudding is ready.
  9. Wait to cool down and uninform and take it to the fridge for 1 hour or + if you prefer and enjoy yourself 😉
  10. Tip: I put in the pan where the water is, a lemon cut into four parts, distributed in the pan, so as not to darken the pan🤩. (It can be vinegar too, it works really well, just a little).
  11. My cup is 240ml
