Powdered milk pudding

Em uma panela coloquei 1 xicara de açúcar e derreta em fogo baixo até caramelizar. Espalhe essa calda numa forma com buraco no meio e reserve.

In a pan put 1 cup of sugar and melt over low heat until caramelized. Spread this syrup in a shape with a hole in the middle and book.

Em um liquidificador coloque a água, os ovos, o açúcar, o leite e a maisena bata até ficar homogéneo. Acrescente a baunilha e bata mas um pouco.
Coloque na forma caramelizada, leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus em banho maria com papel-aluminio, por 40 minutos ou até o pudim ficar firme.
Lever a geladeira por 2 horas antes de deseformar.

In a blender place the water, eggs, sugar, milk and cornstarch, beat until smooth. Add the vanilla and beat a little more.
Put it in the caramelized shape, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees in a water bath with aluminum paper, for 40 minutes or until the pudding is firm.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours before unmolding.
