- Milk in 212 tablespoon
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Water4 cup
- Cane sugar1 cup
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Syrup Mix sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Do not stir until the syrup reaches a caramel point, turn off the heat and set aside.
- In the mold with the syrup pour the mixture from the blender, take it to the oven until golden. Approximately 40 minutes.
