- Milk powder10 tablespoon
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- Milk3 cup
- Sugar (Slurry)1 cup
- Hot water (syrup)1/2 cup
- Prepare the syrup:
- In a pan, place the sugar and mix until completely melted.
- Add the hot water and mix until it becomes a smooth syrup.
- Pour the syrup into a roasting pan with a central hole and set aside.
- Prepare the pudding:
- In a blender, blend all ingredients for 3 minutes.
- Place on the reserved baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Bon appetite and good cup!
