Powdered milk pudding

Em uma frigideira, coloque o açúcar e mexa até que derreta bem, quando isso acontecer, adicione a água aos poucos e não deixe de mexer. Mexa até que vire caramelo. Feito isso, reserve ao lado.

Em um liquidificador, coloque os ovos, o leite condensado, o leite e o leite em pó, bata muito bem por cerca de 5 minutos ou até homogeneizar. 

Em uma forma de pudim, despeje toda a calda de caramelo que fizemos, espalhando muito bem. A medida da minha forma é de 17cm. 

Em seguida, despeje todo o creme de leite que fizemos e cubra a forma com papel alumínio.

Coloque a forma dentro de uma panela grande, adicione água até chegar na metade da forma, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 20 minutos. 

Após esse tempo, retire o papel alumínio e tampe a panela parcialmente, deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos. 

Após esse tempo novamente, o pudim ficou firme. Retire-o da panela e leve-o para a geladeira, deixando lá por cerca de 1 hora.

Com uma faca, passe nas laterais da forma, para ajudar a desenformar. 

Desenforme e sirva-se.

In a blender, place the eggs, condensed milk, milk and powdered milk, beat very well for about 5 minutes or until homogenized.

In a pudding form, pour all the caramel syrup that we made, spreading it very well. My shape is 17 cm.

Then pour all the cream we made and cover the form with aluminum foil.

Place the pan inside a large pan, add water until you reach half the pan, cover the pan and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

After that time, remove the foil and partially cover the pan, let it cook for 10 minutes.

After that time again, the pudding was firm. Remove it from the pan and take it to the fridge, leaving it there for about 1 hour.

With a knife, pass the sides of the form, to help unmold.

Unmold and serve.
