Para a calda,em uma panela Coloque o açúcar e misture ate derreter.Acrescente a água quente e misture até derreter os torrões de açúcar.
Coloque esse caramelo em uma forma de furo central e reserve.

No liquidificador,bata os ovos.
Acrescente o Leite, o açúcar e o leite em pó.
Bata por uns 5 minutos.
Coloque essa mistura na forma caramelada reservada e leve ao forno em banho Maria por 45 a 50 minutos em forno médio.

Espere 30 minutos para desenformar.


For the syrup, in a pan Put the sugar and mix until it melts. Add the hot water and mix until the sugar clumps melt.
Place this caramel in a central hole shape and set aside.

In a blender, beat the eggs.
Add milk, sugar and powdered milk.
Beat for about 5 minutes.
Place this mixture in the reserved caramel shape and bake in a bain-marie for 45 to 50 minutes in a medium oven.

Wait 30 minutes to unmold.
