  1. In a 20 cm mold, place a cup of sugar and 1/4 of water, place over medium heat and keep an eye out, as soon as a slightly golden syrup forms, turn off the heat and carefully turn the mold to spread the caramel sauce anyway, you can use a spoon to help. Reserve.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, water, sugar and vanilla essence (optional). You can sift the yolks to avoid the "egg smell". But in my opinion if you hit it really well it doesn't smell.
  3. After beating very well, put the mixture on the caramelized form (if you want the pudding without holes, just pass the mixture through a sieve to break up the air balls) cover the form with aluminum foil, pressing the sides well. In a large pan, which holds the chosen mold, place the mold and carefully add hot water until half of the mold is covered. Place the covered pan over medium heat for 20 minutes. then just turn it off and remove the shape carefully. Let it crumble and take the fridge for at least 40 min. Then just unmold and enjoy!
