- Powdered milk1 cup
- Vanilla or orange zest (optional) to taste
- Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
- Hot water120 ml
- Beat all the pudding ingredients and set aside.
- Melt the sugar and add the water little by little.
- Put the syrup in the mold, the pudding and let it pass in a bain-marie or in the air fryer. I did it in the air at 160° for 25 min.
