- Colorless gelatin (half pack)6 g

- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and milk for 2 minutes. Dissolve the gelatin with 6 tablespoons of water and take it to the microwave for 15 seconds. You can do it on the stove, just don't let it boil. Add to the blender mixture, hit for another 2 minutes and take it to freeze in a refractory.
