- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 2 1/2 cups powdered milk225 g
- 3/4 cup of milk150 ml
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour150 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 2 cups of sour cream400 g
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin6 g
- 1 cup cold whipped cream200 ml
- In a bowl put the eggs and beat very well, add the sugar and beat again, add the oil and beat quickly just to mix.
- Add the wheat flour, powdered milk, milk and beat until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently.
- Line the bottom of a rectangular shape with parchment paper, pour all the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- For the filling, place the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, hydrated gelatin in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form, add the whipped cream and mix until smooth.
- With the cake cold, unmold it, cut it in half lengthwise, place a part of the cake in the mold, pour all the filling and take it to the freezer for 30 minutes.
- After that time put the top of the cake and take it to the fridge for 4 hours. Sprinkle with powdered milk and serve.
