Coloque na batedeira os ovos, açúcar e a margarina gelada e bata em velocidade alta até dobrar de volume.
Em seguida coloque o leite de coco e bata mais um pouco, nesse momento a massa fica com aspecto de talhada. Não se preocupe é assim mesmo, vai dar certo no final.
Agora vá adicionando a farinha, o Ninho e fermento aos poucos e vá misturando delicadamente do meio para as bordas com um fuê ou colher grande, após a massa estar bem misturada, bata em velocidade máxima na batedeira por mais 10 segundos, não se preocupe pelo fermento.
