  • Black plums in syrup200 g
  • Water500 ml
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Champagne biscuit400 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk400 ml
  • Sifted gems3 unit(s)
  • Corn starch10 g
  • Frozen sour cream1 can(s)
  1. Drain the plums and chop them, removing the pit (reserve a few whole ones for garnish). Reserve the broth. Take another pan, mix the chopped plums, water and sugar
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil until reduced by half and set aside. In another pan, place the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and cornstarch and mix
  3. Take it to the low fire, always stirring until it gets thick, remove from the fire and let it cool, add the milk cream, mix and book.
  4. On a platter, make a layer of cookies soaked in the reserved plum syrup.
  5. After covering with a layer of cream and another of plums, repeat the layers, ending with the cream and decorate with the whole plums and take it to the fridge.
