Em um recipiente coloque os ovos e bata com um fuer até que forme uma espuminha,em seguida acrescente o açúcar e bata mais um pouco,depois a manteiga e continue batendo,depois coloque o creme de leite,em seguida  as ameixas que devem estar cortadas em pequenos pedaços e junto com a calda,misture mais um pouco.
Agora é a hora da farinha de trigo,que deve ser peneirada,misture bem a massa até incorporar toda a farinha e por último o fermento.
Depois coloque na forma,que deve estar untada e enfarinhada.
