- Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat in the blender: eggs, plum, coconut milk and coconut oil. Until it becomes a homogeneous mass;
- Add the grated coconut and baking powder, stir gently
- Take it on a greased roast and in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C degrees (do the toothpick test, if it doesn't come out the dough is ready).
