sugar2 cup
water1 cup
📍PUDDING. l
unflavored jellies2 unit(s)
water1/2 cup
condensed milk1 can(s)
sour cream2 can(s)
milk400 ml

📍 Syrup For the syrup, put the sugar in a pan and add the water, mix everything and over low heat, stir until it turns into caramel. Reserve.
📍 Pudding In a pan put the gelatin and half a cup of cold water.
Then, mix until it dissolves.
Then let it rest for about 4 minutes.
Finally, after that, take the gelatin and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and beat until everything is very homogeneous.
Then put it on a platter and take it to the fridge for about 3 hours until it takes consistency.
Then, with the pudding firm, pour all the syrup on top.
So, if your caramel is a little hard, just put it back on the fire and it will melt again.
And your platter pudding is ready, good appetite.
