- Shredded Coconut Flocão500 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk chocolate bar270 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Preparation mode: In a pan add the condensed milk, the grated coconut and a spoon of butter. Stir constantly until you get a brigadeiro point.
- Transfer the brigadeiro to a glass platter and set aside.
- In a can, break the chocolate into pieces and take it to the microwave to melt. When it melts, add a little cream and mix. Will turn into a ganache
- Add the ganache on top of the brigadeiro and sprinkle grated coconut on top and take the fridge to freeze. And it's done!
