Gems3 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Chocolate bar1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Strawberries20 unit(s)
Pack of granules1 unit(s)

In a pan, mix the condensed milk, the yolks, the milk, the corn starch. Cook over low heat until well cooked and creamy.
Melt the chocolate, it can be in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then add the cream.
MOUNTING: A layer of cream, strawberries and the melted chocolate last. To decorate I used sprinkles and strawberries.
Take it to the fridge for 3 hours, the longer it stays in the fridge, the better it gets.
