- Recipe
- Banana8 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Cornstarch biscuits200 g
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder1 to taste
- Cream350 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- In a blender or multiprocessor, crush the biscuit, then add the melted butter and mix until it forms a crumbly dough and bake for 8 minutes.
- Cut the bananas into slices, I prefer silver, mix them with the juice of a lemon (this way they don't get dark and the banoffe lasts longer).
- In a platter add the farofinha, level it with the help of a spoon, in a bowl add the dulce de leche I use ready-made (use a good quality one or make it homemade) mix a cream and with the help of a whisk mix everything very well well, now just add about the farofa.
- Place the banana slices on top of the dulce de leche. In the mixer add the cream and beat at high speed, with the mixer on add a box of cream and three tablespoons of sugar until you get a very firm whipped cream. Add over the bananas and sprinkle cinnamon, serve ice cream.
