  • Milk800 ml
  • Sugar140 g
  • Water40 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. Note: If you want a smooth pudding, sieve the eggs, but if you want it with holes, just follow the recipe normally. Whisk together all ingredients (except sugar and water)
  2. Put the oven to heat at 180°C for 10 minutes
  3. Put the sugar in a small pan and when it turns caramel, add the water and then stir until it thickens, after it thickens add a pinch (1-5g) of salt just to elevate the flavor.
  4. In a larger form, put water for the bain-marie, put the syrup in the pudding mold and let it cool, then put the mixture in the same form and cover with aluminum foil, then put it in the oven.
