- Milk800 ml
- Sugar140 g
- Water40 ml
- Salt to taste
- Note: If you want a smooth pudding, sieve the eggs, but if you want it with holes, just follow the recipe normally. Whisk together all ingredients (except sugar and water)
- Put the oven to heat at 180°C for 10 minutes
- Put the sugar in a small pan and when it turns caramel, add the water and then stir until it thickens, after it thickens add a pinch (1-5g) of salt just to elevate the flavor.
- In a larger form, put water for the bain-marie, put the syrup in the pudding mold and let it cool, then put the mixture in the same form and cover with aluminum foil, then put it in the oven.
