- Coconut milk200 ml
- Natural desiccated coconut1 cup
- Coconut Milk Powder1/2 cup
- In a blender or food processor, beat the pitaya pulp, coconut milk and powdered coconut milk until smooth and creamy.
- Place in bowls and add natural grated coconut on top
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
