- Frozen purple pitaya1 unit(s)
- Frozen ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Whole milk powder (nest)3 tablespoon
- Filtered or mineral water to make the point2 tablespoon
- Caramelized Nuts to taste
- Remove the Pitaya and the banana from the freezer and wait a few seconds until it loses some of the ice
- In the processor add the fruits and powdered milk and beat well
- If necessary, add water little by little until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from processor and place in two bowls.
- Serve with caramelized nuts or chocolate drops 🍫
- You can make this ice cream and freeze again 😉🍧
