- Cashew Nuts150 g
- White Chocolate60 g
- Pistachio paste (I taught in the tips)35 g
- Vanilla Whey Protein (optional) - omit the water if making it without3 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1 teaspoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Start by melting the white chocolate with the coconut oil on low power in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, place the chestnuts and grind well.
- Add the pistachio paste and white chocolate with coconut oil and beat again.
- Finally, add the Whey and the water and process until it becomes a uniform mass.
- With your hands, make balls with the dough and take it to freeze. If you have, roll the balls in the crushed pistachio, which looks beautiful too!
