  • Cashew Nuts150 g
  • White Chocolate60 g
  • Pistachio paste (I taught in the tips)35 g
  • Vanilla Whey Protein (optional) - omit the water if making it without3 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil1 teaspoon
  • Water1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by melting the white chocolate with the coconut oil on low power in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  2. Meanwhile, in a food processor, place the chestnuts and grind well.
  3. Add the pistachio paste and white chocolate with coconut oil and beat again.
  4. Finally, add the Whey and the water and process until it becomes a uniform mass.
  5. With your hands, make balls with the dough and take it to freeze. If you have, roll the balls in the crushed pistachio, which looks beautiful too!
