- Heavy cream100 ml
- Egg120 g
- Add all ingredients into a thermomix or blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture so that it does not taste like an egg.
- Grease the mold with olive oil, pour the strained mixture into the mold.
- Bake for 50 min at 115°C
