- Pineapple Juice300 ml
- Coconut water100 ml
- Shredded fresh or dried coconut to taste
- Prepare the pineapple juice leaving it a little thick
- Add coconut water, mix well. Try it and if you find it necessary, add sugar or sweetener.
- Place in popsicle molds and place in the freezer until set.
- To serve, roll in grated coconut
