Sugar1/2 cup
Milk800 ml
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Condensed milk2 unit(s)
grated coconut100 g
Corn starch3 tablespoon
Cornmeal Biscuit100 g

Dice 2 pineapples and place over low heat with half a cup of sugar and half of water. Let reduce and set aside.
In another pan, add the milk, cream, condensed milk, grated coconut, and the cornstarch.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it forms a cream.
Then just make the assembly: start with the cream then put the cookies (maizena or champagne) and on top of the cooked pineapple. Now just repeat this order until all the refractory is complete.
Finish with shredded coconut
Light to freeze for at least 3 hours.
