Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 300 g
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Natural pineapple juice | 200 ml
  • Margarine or butter | 250 g
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 300 g
  • Pineapple | 1 unit(s)
  • Sugar syrup |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In the blender place the eggs, butter and sugar to liquefy, then add the flour and pineapple juice, finally put the yeast.
  2. Take a round roasting pan and cover with the syrup, peel the pineapple, cut slices and line the roast, done and, put the dough.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Wait for it to cool and remove from the pan.
