Ingredients
- Wheat flour | 300 g
- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Natural pineapple juice | 200 ml
- Margarine or butter | 250 g
- Yeast | 1 tablespoon
- Sugar | 300 g
- Pineapple | 1 unit(s)
- Sugar syrup | to taste
Recipe
- In the blender place the eggs, butter and sugar to liquefy, then add the flour and pineapple juice, finally put the yeast.
- Take a round roasting pan and cover with the syrup, peel the pineapple, cut slices and line the roast, done and, put the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Wait for it to cool and remove from the pan.
