  • Sugar4 cup
  • Margarine100 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour with yeast3 cup
  • Pineapple1/2 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Melt 2 cups of sugar in a mold until it forms a caramel.
  2. Then take it off the heat and cut the pineapple into slices, place it over this syrup and set aside.
  3. In a mixer or bowl, mix the eggs, margarine and the rest of the sugar (2 cups) and mix well.
  4. When the dough is a homogeneous cream add the wheat flour and beat again.
  5. Then add in the shape that was reserved and take it to the oven preheated to 180° degrees until golden.
  6. Preferably unmold hot so that the dough does not stick to the form.
