- Start by peeling the pineapple and lining the end of the greased and sprinkled pan with slices.
- Make the syrup by taking 2 cups of sugar to the fire until it all melts and gradually add the water. Let it boil until it becomes a not so thick syrup.
- Drizzle the pineapple in the mold with the syrup and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, 1 cup of sugar and the butter or margarine until creamy.
- Add the milk and wheat flour alternating and mix well.
- Add the vanilla essence and finally the yeast.
- Put the dough in the shape and take it to bake, doing the toothpick test.
- Wait for it to cool down a little so as not to break the cake and unmold.
