- Milk or water100 ml
- Honey to taste
- In the multi processor beat everything until it reaches a creamy consistency! Don't put too much water to not turn into a vitamin
- Take it to the freezer to give it a quick firming and it's ready to serve, I serve it with honey it's tasty
