- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Lemon4 unit(s)
- Chopped Mint to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel and cut pineapple and seedless peppers into small cubes and blend in a food processor. Squeeze the lemons.
- In a pan put the above mixture, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, mix the mint and place in a jar leaving it in the fridge for 10 days.
